About me

I believe strong communication begins with lived experience. My journey spans more than two decades of determination, growth, and deep-rooted faith. I didn't follow a straight line with a path with near perfect growth and development No—I carved out my own.

For over 20 years, I worked tirelessly to earn my education while raising 2 children and one of whom had a severe-profound intellectual disability. As a single parent, I balanced textbooks, full-time jobs, and the daily rigors of running a household—often on very little sleep, prayers and believing that one day life would get better. Each degree I earned came with a cost, but also with profound lessons in patience, perseverance, and the power of showing up.

Despite my qualifications and the years of preparing myself I struggled to land roles that honored my experience. I was consistently overqualified, underpaid, or overlooked. And that reality pushed me to ask: What if I stopped waiting for someone else to recognize my worth?

So, I decided that me, myself and I would create the work that I was meant to do.

I help individuals and teams navigate tough conversations with emotional intelligence, clarity, and strength. My coaching is about real-life moments—not textbook theory. Whether it was advocating for my adult son in complex systems or standing up for coworkers in difficult workplace dynamics, I learned firsthand that your voice is your power.

My mission is to empower others to rise—especially when they’ve been knocked down. I coach from a place of truth, compassion, and spiritual grounding. I want my clients to trust themselves and to trust the God that lies within them. Because communication isn’t just about talking—it’s about changing mindsets, building and rebuilding self- confidence and believing in yourself again and again.

If you’re ready to strengthen your voice, build meaningful personal connections, and show up for yourself fully and authentically— WELCOME!  You came to the right place. Let's talk about what's on your mind.
